Welcome to Digital Health & Care Scotland’s Digital Maturity Assessment website.
This website is a tool for health and social care organisations to assess the maturity of their IT and Informatics operations through the use of a structured, standardised questionnaire.
The effective use of information technology is an important enabler to the efficient provision of integrated health and care services. The objective of the survey accessible through this website is to help determine the current landscape across Scotland and identify the main challenges and priority areas where improvements need to be made to achieve the ambitions outlined in the Digital Health and Care Strategy for Scotland. The assessment will be repeated at regular intervals in the future to demonstrate that progress is being made.
If you have been provided with login details, please enter them using the adjacent login form. If you have any questions or experience problems with logging in, please contact support. For more information on how to complete this survey, please visit the tutorial page after logging in.
